My love for science and growing up in a family dedicated to service inspired me to become a clinician. Having a great patient-provider relationship is as important to the healing process as prescribing the right medication. When I'm with patients, I like taking the time to explain my thought process, so that they may understand the logic behind the treatment plan. I also make sure to listen and understand the patient's perspective, so that we can reach the right decision together. I love meeting patients of all ages and from all walks of life. I learn from them as much as they learn from me. I have a special interest in caring for patients with substance use disorder. Though, challenging at times, it has taught me to let go of judgement and biases that could otherwise get in the way of delivering quality care.

About Me
For the past 7 years, Massachusetts was my home. To date, I've also resided in Georgia, New Jersey, Missouri, and in Taiwan and Canada. Still, of all the places I've lived, I like the Pacific Northwest the most; it's why I ended up in Seattle.
How I Thrive
I like to exercise to reset my body and mind. Recently, I started practicing yoga, which has been transformative. I am also an avid consumer of podcasts to fill downtime on the go, but sometimes when the mood calls for it, I do switch things up some with my music collection.
