I take a personal approach to each visit, treating patients the way I would treat my own family. Collaboration is at the center of my medical practice, working as a team with patients in all stages of life to offer personal, compassionate advice that fits their unique lifestyles. The collaborative approach of Kaiser Permanente motivates me to continue learning and inspires me to help improve the lives of my patients and the community every day.

About Me
I was born in Chennai, India, and lived in both South Carolina and North Carolina before moving to the West Coast, where I live with my wife and cat. I earned my medical degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente of Washington. I am fluent in Tamil and Spanish and am happy to speak the language with patients.
How I Thrive
Staying active is an important part of my routine, including yoga, swimming, running, and meditation. I strive to build healthy habits, both physically and mentally. Cooking vegetarian meals and trying new ingredients from around the world help me to stay creative while eating nutritious meals. I also enjoy reading and writing and have published some articles.
