I joined Kaiser Permanente for their excellent reputation in patient care and because providers and staff members are highly valued. As I see it, patient-centered care means caring for patients (and their families) in a way that is meaningful and valuable. I strive to always listen to patients and ensure that their personal values will guide clinical care. Specializing in glaucoma has allowed me the privilege of caring for my patients throughout their lives. Watching them get better is what inspires me to come to work every day.
