I grew up in Seattle and attended optometry school in California. I came back to this area because I love the Pacific Northwest. I have two energetic twin boys who keep me busy when I'm not at work. I chose to become a clinician because I enjoy working with people and helping them to see well. Joining Kaiser Permanente has given me the opportunity to collaborate with a group of excellent people, and I have worked at this organization for more than fifteen years. I have also participated in trips with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), a nonprofit that brings eye care to developing countries.
